My business partner and I already run a successful business, we started in dec, 2006 by 2008 we turned over close to £5 million. I have a health care business idea that I believe no one in the UK is currently exploiting. The idea has a potential of turning over realistically £100,000,000 within 5 years. The start up cost for year 1-2 (collectively) would be approximately £5 million. How can I found a VC who would be interested in investing in a low risk long term business with huge potential returns with out giving away my idea?

Myself and 2 colleagues are being made redundant, we are considering using our money to start a new business, we are looking for any infomration on where we could get grants or funding for premises to store vehicles. someone has advised that local councils are helping fund presmises for the first year of business is this correct and could you point us in the right direction?
