One way to relieve yourself of SPAM is to check your email or internet access profiles and ensure that auto-SPAM controls are set up for any incoming email. This will filter out many of the unwanted emails.
There are also a range of anti-SPAM software packages that you can install on your computer. These are often part of an anti-virus package and are sometimes an integral part of business broadband services.
