Banking services provider Fundtech has acquired Synergy Financial Systems through Swiss subsidiary BBP, as Mitsubishi purchases UK importer Colt Car Company.

Fundtech, a provider of global transaction banking services, has acquired Synergy Financial Systems through its Swiss subsidiary BBP for £2.5 million. An additional payment of up to £1.1 million is expected over the next three years
