Camco International, a greenhouse gas emission reduction company, has acquired China-based ClearWorld Energy Ventures for up to $23.5 million (£11.9 million) and Debts.co.uk has bought Relax Finance for £3 million.

Debts.co.uk plc has acquired Relax Finance for £3 million, in order to bolster its debt services

Camco International, a greenhouse gas emission reduction company, has increased its offering with the purchase of China-based ClearWorld Energy Ventures for up to $23.5 million (£11.9 million)

London Capital Group Holdings plc, an online financial spread betting and trading company, has acquired FuturesBetting.com, a Gibraltar-based company with the same operations, for up to £400,000

Ultra Electronics, an electronic systems supplier to the defence and aerospace sector, has bought US-based rivals Magneto Inductive Systems and Harris Acoustic Products for $22 million (£11 million) and $7 million (£3.5 million) respectively

Private equity company Smedvig Capital has invested £5.5 million in large-scale advertising site manager Ocean Outdoor (Source: Private Equity Europe)

Interactive gambling company NetPlay TV plc has bought the gaming database of its rival Pitch Entertainment, for £125,000
