In today’s deal headlines US online advertisement firm Specific Media has bought Adviva Media as construction engineering consultancy RPS buys R.W. Gregory for £10.1 million.

Done deals:

Swiss firm Ascom has bought UK-based Argogroup in a bid to strengthen its position in the global market of mobile and stationary network testing

RPS plc has bought R.W. Gregory for up to £10.1 million in order to expand its engineering consultancy service

US-based Specific Media, has acquired fellow online display advertisement provider Adviva Media (source: brandrepublic.com)

Deals in the pipeline:

Irish building materials group CRH plc is set to acquire Texas-based paver plants owner Pavestone Group for $540 (£265 million)

Ingredients, flavours and consumer foods firm Kerry Group plc has agreed to acquire fellow Irish food supplier Breeo Foods plc, for €165 million (£126.3 million)
