In today’s deal headlines Qioptiq is set to acquire Point Source in order to complement its fibre optic laser operations and faciliites management group ISS UK has bought corporate front of house specialist Area21.

Done deals:

ISS UK, a diversified catering, cleaning, property and office facilities group, has bought corporate front of house specialist Area21

Galleon Holdings plc, an IP owner and developer in the entertainment sector, has acquired China-based Changsha High and Yunbo, interactive wireless service providers, for $3 million (£1.54 million)

Deals in the pipeline:
