Overview:

WHO should attend
- Any Small and Medium sized businesses operating with the London area who would like to collaborate with Universities in developing their businesses. The LDA will offer grants of up to £10,000 for companies and Universities to engage in knowledge transfer partnerships.
- Any Small and Medium sized businesses or representatives from such organisations who would like to network with businesses individuals particularly in the IT sector, but this is open to people from all industries.

WHAT is going to be presented
- An introduction to the London Development Agency’s Knowledge Connect scheme and how it can help your business, plus talks from members of the Human Computer Interaction Department here at City University London who can help solve your business queries.
- Haralambos Hatzakis from Biotronics3d will be discussing how the Knowledge Connect scheme worked for this business and the collaboration project which he had with City University London.
- There will also be tours of our state-of-the-art Interaction Lab, that has been used by companies to perform website evaluations (Usability & Accessibility) and mobile phone testing.

WHERE is this going to take place
- The event will be held at City University in the College building, Ground floor, room AG07.
- It will run from 1800-2100 (networking and wine reception included)
