In today’s deal headlines healthcare software provider IMS Maxims plc has bought Preview Health and radio group GCap Media has acquired networking site welovelocal.com for £450,000.

Done deals:

IMS Maxims plc, a software provider for the healthcare market, has bought Preview Health for a percentage of its earnings over the next two years, capped at £250,000

Interactive gaming company NetPlay TV plc has added Bingos.com to its portfolio, for £6.25 million

Radio group GCap Media has acquired a majority stake in local social networking site welovelocal.com for £450,000 (Source: broadcastnow.co.uk)

Career advisory services Savile Holdings plc is set to acquire IDDAS for some £319,000 as it looks to strengthen its offering to blue-chip clients

Ultra Electronics Holdings plc is set to acquire Canadian firm Magneto Inductive Systems for US$22 million (£10.9 million), in order to expand its line of military products
