The internet is a great tool for all businesses – no matter what your size or where you’re based.

It offers a cost-effective way keep in touch with colleagues, customers and suppliers, using email or using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services to make and receive calls from wherever you are – whether in the office, client site or an airport lounge.

A quality website also allows you to present your business as much bigger than it actually is and complete with much bigger competitors, it also allows you to enter new, even international markets.

In addition, taking advantage of specialist business social networking tools such as the free BT Tradespace, also allow you to further build your online presence, keep customers up-to-date with company developments using blogs and podcasts and link to partners.
