Julie Waites formed The Franchise Company in 1991. She has worked on many successful franchising projects for clients in a broad range of sectors. Apart from having a track record of advising many successful commercial clients on franchising, Julie has worked with a number of public sector clients and social enterprises interested in franchising. She has a profound understanding of the principles of franchising and the implications of integrating a franchise system into existing company operations.
