Q: I am interested in opening a lettings Franchises. How well is the lettings / property management market doing at present for franchisees? Or would you be able to tell me where I can market information on franchises?

For any franchise opportunity you should carry out your own independent market research – the internet is a fabulous tool for this! Sites linked to the quality press also have lots of old cuttings that often contain market data. In addition you should speak to as many of the franchisees from your proposed franchise system as you can to find out how their particular businesses are performing.
