As one of the seven founder members of the British Franchise Association and one of the most experienced franchisers in the UK, we have played a vital role in shaping the British Franchising Industry

Training

The Key to ServiceMasters success over the years has been their training programes. The company provides the most comprehensive initial and ongoing training in the industry

You will learn in a practical and academic setting, our well proven selling methods, operating techniques and business management systems.

After pre-study reading assignments have been completed, you will embark on a three week training course that involves: two weeks field training with an accredited ServiceMaster Training Business, plus one week classroom teaching held at HQ in Leicester.

In addition regular training courses and seminars are held throughout the year to keep our franchisees up to date with the latest technology.
