Q: How do I decide between buying a Mac or a PC for my business, other than picking my favourite Peep Show character from the adverts?

Both Mac and PC computers offer businesses a range of benefits. The best way to decide on the most suitable hardware is to look at the requirements of your business and what constitutes the bulk of your activity.

Different machines offer different software packages and some are more user friendly than others. It is also worth noting that some special purpose or industry-specific software is not always compatible on Macs, although the reverse is also true.

It’s also worth investigated support options available on both Macs and PCs, although BT’s IT Support Manager works across both platforms.
