Q: I want to set up a business as a retailer of computer and video games. Do you have any information regarding wholesalers of these items?

The European Leisure Software Publishers Association (ELSPA) produces a yearbook containing the information you require. Copies of The BritSoft Book can ordered through Rachel Holmes at Blueprint Marketing Services, either by post – Midland Chambers, 1 Wells Road, Ikley, West Yorkshire, LS29 9JB – or email, rholmes@blueprintpr.com. Further details of ELSPA can be found at www.elspa.com.

Anyone interested in becoming an independent retailer of leisure software should also be a member of NASCR, the National Association of Specialist Computer Retailers (www.nascr.org; 01637-851223), which can give impartial advice and information to all sectors of IT retail.
