Family businesses wanted for BBC show

Family-run businesses have the opportunity to achieve both fame and fortune by taking part in the second series of BBC television documentary I'll Show Them Who's Boss.

The documentary, first screened in May this year, features Gerry Robinson, former boss of Coca-Cola and Granada, who works with businesses which have encountered problems or which are unsure of what step to take next.

Participants in the first series have gone from “strength to strength” and the BBC is currently working on the second series, which is scheduled for broadcast in summer 2004, and is looking for companies to take part.

They must be family businesses with at least 2 family members in key roles. Companies must have a turnover of at least Ł2 million – preferably more – and at least 20 staff, and must be at a crossroads or facing some kind of problem with their business.
