For starters you should check out our channel on government grants for business. We cover all the different forms of grants - from green technology subsidies to regionally focused grants for start-ups, and there is also a Questions and Answers section for even more specific options. Our advertisers also use this section to advertise some of their funding and finance options, plus there is a recently updated Resources section where we list grant providers and related organisations.
Other resources include the Business Link London website where you can search for Grants and Support Directory. This will allow you to search a database for potential sources of help and it contains grant and support schemes from central and local government as well as private organisations. It lists the grants and support available based on your location and your type of business.
There is also a website called www.j4b.co.uk, which gives comprehensive grant information for the UK & Ireland. It has over 4500 financial programs researched with daily updates.
