Q: Is it legal for my sister to buy food goods in the USA and ship them to me to sell in the UK? If so, how much can we ship at one time?

It is essential that you do find out this information as the penalties for businesses not complying with the correct regulations are tough. However, as the regulations differ from product to product, you need to check with HM Revenue & Customs which manage this process about which import rules apply.
