Q: Do I have to give part-time workers the same terms and conditions as full-time workers?

If you don’t give them the same terms you may find yourself being taken to an employment tribunal to defend a claim of indirect discrimination. It’s probably not worth the hassle - and in any case part-time workers can be just as loyal and effective as full-time workers.
