Mark Scott is a well-known face in the UK franchise industry and a respected authority on franchising matters. He joined the NatWest Franchise team as a Senior Franchise Manager in 1998, moving on to become head of the team in December 2002. In 2005 he joined the board of the British Franchise Association (BFA), the industry’s self-regulatory body, and he has contributed to many affiliate consultation groups and has been a BFA regional forum chairman.
