The Culture Before openeing, new centre owners will undergo an intensive training programme - which will cover all the basis elements of printing, pricing, accounting, business and personal support and a practical in-centre experience. At the headquarters in Ruislip, Kall Kwik employ over 60 full time staff to provide the ongoing support for the Centre Owners together with a number of specialists on a part time consultancy basis. The role of a Kall Kwik Centre Owner is extremely demanding and only those that are energetic, physically fit, mentally resilient and prepared to devote their full time energies to running their own business can expect to reap the rewards a successful business generates. All successful Kall Kwik Centre Owners tend to spend the majority of their time away from their Centres calling on existing and new clients in order to develop business relationships that form an integral part of the Kall Kwik system. Being out and about most of the day necessitates delegating the responsibility of the day to day running of the business to a team which includes among its key members a Manager, Printer and Designer. How effective this team is depends upon the Owner's ability to build and develop a team that is loyal, conscientious and dedicated to meeting the high standards Kall Kwik demands. Kall Kwik Centre Owners are the providers of business to business communications solutions by using skills in print, copy and design. They therefore seek to build meaningful relationships with their clients to ensure that they are automatically considered to fulfil all requirements. Other aptitudes desired in a Kall Kwik Centre Owner include commercial, business, managerial, marketing and sales skills plus the ability to follow a proven system.
