Q: As a small business where can I go to get help with my telecoms infrastructure, i.e. engineering support?

There are a range of places that you can go for help with both telecoms and IT infrastructure. A good starting point is your telecoms provider who should be able to help solve any problems, offer advice on systems requirements or IT support. There are also specialist consultants that help small businesses to get the right infrastructure to meet their needs.

Another place to go for advice is one of the organisations dedicated to helping smaller companies, like the Federation of Small Businesses.
